Please enter your normal working hours and select ‘Sick’ in the ‘Attendance/Absence Type’ drop-down box.
If there is a public holiday and you DID NOT work please leave this blank, if you did work please enter the hours as normal.
Please contact your Consultant if you are taking annual leave, there is no field for annual leave to be entered in the timesheets and leave the day blank.
Unfortunately once you have submitted your timesheet for approval it cannot be edited unless it is rejected by Ryan or the Approver. Please contact us to reject your timesheet so you can make your changes and resubmit.

Timesheets must be submitted by 9am on a Monday morning.
Once you have been set up with a Ryan Portal user and password these details will be the same for all assignments.
Once your assignment is completed and you are not starting a new one the following week your annual leave will automatically be paid to you.
Your wages will be available in your bank on a Wednesday evening/Thursday morning.
