FAQs

Timesheets must be submitted by Sunday evening. 

Once you have submitted your timesheet for approval it cannot be edited. You’ll need to contact us to reject your timesheet so you can make changes and resubmit.  

Simply enter your normal working hours and select ‘Sick’ in the ‘Attendance/Absence Type’ drop-down box. 

If you DID NOT work on the public holiday, leave this blank. 

If you DID work on the public holiday, enter the hours as normal. 

If you’re taking annual leave, please let your consultant know. Leave the day blank as there’s no field for annual leave to be entered in the timesheet. 

Once you have been set up in the Ryan Portal with a username and password these details will be the same for all of your assignments. 

Once your assignment is complete, and you’re not starting a new one the following week, your annual leave will automatically be paid to you.
