John is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and specialises in helping organisations effect positive change and develop, and deliver the outcomes they wish to achieve.
Through coaching and support, John helps managers to retain, manage and grow their people, and take care of the interests of the organisation. He has been working with a wide range of organisations throughout New Zealand for 20 years.
John’s essential services cover a wide range of critical areas: talent attraction and selection; development; employment services; remuneration; engagement and organisational development; performance management; workforce planning; change management; leadership development and helping organisations implement strategy by aligning their people’s capabilities.
John enjoys working with his clients to solve business problems. He is commercially focused and uses technology where possible to minimise workload and increase the quality of outcomes. He has an MA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
